Office Administrator (LAD-2019(1))

Keystone Engineering is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Lafayette, LA team.

 

The position responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining general office functions of the office.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office software and administrative practices.

  • Works under general direction.

  • Continuously practices Quality Control while executing the work.

  • Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 4-8 years of clerical experience

  • Experience with basic office equipment, Microsoft Suite

  • Multi task & communication skills in fast-pace environment

  • Document control experience

Preferred:

  • Good organizational skills

  • Experience working with a multi-line telephone system

Work Environment: Office
