Sara Ghazizadeh, P.E.

Manager, Renewable Energies

Sara is a licensed professional engineer with 10 years of experience in the renewable and transportation industries. She has contributed to a diverse range of pioneering engineering projects with major focus on offshore wind farms and construction. Sara holds a Master of Science in structural engineering from LSU with an emphasis on Dynamic analyses and Random vibrations and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. Previously at Keystone, Sara led the primary steel FEED for two of the DOE-funded offshore windfarms (Fishermen’s Energy and VOWTAP) and supported the detailed engineering of Block Island Windfarm, the first offshore windfarm in the US. Most recently at DNV, she provided technical due diligence and independent engineering in support of project financing for onshore wind projects. In addition to her technical background, Sara’s past on-site and project management experience at Kiewit Infrastructure and Hyperloop One has equipped her with a holistic and commercial vision to lead challenging projects.
