Keystone Engineering has more than doubled the size of its Houston office in the Energy Corridor.
The Louisiana-based company has renewed and expanded its lease to 12,300 square feet at 11999 Katy Freeway, REIS Associates announced.
Gary Loh and Leslie Nystrom of REIS Associates represented the landlord, Cotter Katy Freeway Building LP, in the renewal and expansion.
"Keystone's growth in this market has really taken off," Keystone Engineering Houston office general manager Daniel Cantrell said in an announcement. "This expansion was driven by increasing demand for our services from numerous major clients."
Keystone Engineering provides global engineering services to clients in the oil and gas, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors. The company employs more than 300 people across its offices in Louisiana and Houston.
