Adam C. Rogge, P.E., PMP
Chief Executive Officer

Adam Rogge serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Keystone Engineering, where he provides corporate guidance and direction to all of Keystone’s offices and affiliates. Adam began his career at Keystone in 1998 as a Mechanical Engineer supporting offshore projects. Over the next 10 years, Adam obtained his Master’s Degree in Management from the University of New Orleans, achieved his Professional Engineering license, and worked many projects in roles ranging from Mechanical Engineer to Project Manager. In 2007, Adam was selected to be the General Manager of the new Mandeville, LA office. With the help of his team, the Mandeville office grew quickly, working for clients like ExxonMobil, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Marathon Oil. In 2014, Adam was elected as COO and in 2021 he was promoted to his current role as CEO. He has been an owner in the company since 2007 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2011. In addition to his Corporate responsibilities, Adam also leads Keystone’s fundraising efforts for United Way and currently sits on the United Way of Southeast Louisiana Leadership Council for St. Tammany Parish.
