Project to construct a new pipeline system to link an LNG terminal in Plaquemines to gas supply in Northeast Louisiana. The new system will consist of an approximately 300-mile 48-inch diameter pipeline, eight compressor stations, four booster stations, and eleven mainline valves. The pipeline is an intrastate pipeline system, located entirely within the State of Louisiana. The system will be capable of moving 4.5BCDF. Keystone provided front-end engineering design, interface management, procurement support, and permit, consents, and approvals support for the new pipeline system.
