Hydrogen Fueler Control Room

Phoenix, AZ

The project consisted of a centralized control room for monitoring a mobile hydrogen fueling stations across the United States and Canada. The system used IgnitionPerspective and on-site gateway devices to ensure data from each station was securely collected, stored during any communication loss, and synchronized back to the control room. This allowed operators and management to see real-time station status, fuel levels, alarms, and historical trends while keeping control networks secure from outside access. The solution also incorporated Ignition’s Enterprise Administration Module (EAM) to centrally manage distributed gateways, enabling secure updates, project synchronization, and remote monitoring of system health across all fueling stations. Keystone provided control room design, SCADA development, network integration, data management, and commissioning support.
