Keystone Engineering is providing multi-discipline engineering, design, and build services for a large-scale power generation facility locatedwithin a 7,500-acre AI data center campus in Texas, part of one of the largestintegrated energy and data infrastructure developments in the United States. The project supports a hyper-scale campus designed to power approximately 18million square feet of artificial intelligence data centers, delivering up to11 GW of IT capacity with N+2 redundancy, high efficiency, and 24/7 uptimereliability. The overall development integrates nuclear, natural gas, solar, and wind resources into a single dispatchable platform exceeding 11 GW of totalgeneration capacity.
As part of the development, Keystone’s scope includedengineering support for a 100+ acre greenfield power generation facilityrequired for early campus operations. The facility includes three gas turbinegenerators with heat recovery steam generators, one steam turbine generator,twenty-one mobile turbine generator trailer units, and both wet and dry coolingsystems for turbine and generator operation.
This project establishes the core power infrastructure forone of the largest AI and energy campuses in the world, enabling scalable,high-reliability power delivery to support next-generation computing demand.
