Keystone is providing project management, multi-discipline engineering, three-dimensional design and drafting, permitting and procurement support for the development of a pipeline project to install a new NGL 30-inch pipeline approximately 500 miles long originating at a greenfield station in Callahan County, Texas terminating at an existing facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The design pressure of the new pipeline system will be1,440 psig. Pipeline system facilities will include: 1 full pump station buildout and two hot taps at pipeline origin; six future greenfield pump stations; 35 mainline valve sites; valve site and meter upgrade; filtration and meter site at terminus of pipeline.
