Ed Genois and I started Keystone back in 1988, with the following

principles in mind to serve as the foundation of our new enterprise:

  • To be a Successful Enduring Business

  • To Focus on Engineering

  • To be a Good Place to Work

  • To Reward Effort

  • To be Owned and Managed by the Employees

Since that time, Ed has retired and our group of active employee-owners has grown as our number of employees has increased to allow Keystone to offer professional services in new markets and open offices in other geographic regions. We believe that new and expanded active employee ownership is fundamental to company growth and expansion into new markets and regions.

Keystone is unique among engineering consulting firms because of our history of innovation, most recently demonstrated by our emerging as a prominent leader in the design of offshore wind foundations, and our long and extensive track record in post-design fabrication and installation engineering.

We constantly strive to provide beneficial, timely and cost competitive solutions for our clients by:

  • Delivering Quality Services and Work Products

  • Maintaining a Culture of Safety

  • Remaining Profitable and Fiscally Strong

  • Providing Opportunity for Personal Growth

  • Training Future Generations

We are always seeking motivated, results-oriented team members, and I encourage you to consider joining our team of skilled professionals solving engineering challenges worldwide.
