Compressor Station Expansion

Keystone provided engineering and design for the major expansion of this compressor station in the Eagle Ford field to accommodate increased NGL flow from new field production. Scope included new NGL stabilization process for treating and storage of NGL. Modification and upgrade included two and three phase separators, NGL fractionation columns, vapor compressors, heat exchangers, flare knock out, flare, pipeline pumps, recirculation pumps, caustic treating system, activated carbon system, coalescers, 90k gallon NGL storage tanks, NGL pipeline pumps, booster pumps, truck loading station, gas detection, PLC controls, utilities, and an MCC building.

Pipeline Project

Keystone is providing ongoing project coordination, project management and 3rd party interface services. Project responsibilities have included: route walkdowns; surveys and selection; alignment sheet support; utilities crossing drawings and interface; ROW support; equipment specifications; pump station layout; DOT road crossings; preparation of USCOE permits; and drilling and borings layouts.

Pipeline Station

Keystone provided full multi-discipline engineering services to design this project which included a pigging station for six (6) pipelines 6” to 16” for both gas and liquid products. Keystone also designed the pipeline manifold and configuration for short term and long term facility use.
